1. General Provisions
1.1. This section regulates the procedure for returning and exchanging Goods purchased by the Buyer on the Remen.uz website.
1.2. The return and exchange of Goods are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the terms of this Offer.
2. Conditions for Returning Goods of Proper Quality
2.1. The return of Goods of proper quality is possible under the following conditions:
a) the Goods have not been used and show no signs of use;
b) the packaging, factory labels, and original appearance are preserved;
c) completeness is preserved;
d) a document confirming the purchase (receipt, invoice, delivery note) is provided.
3. Goods Not Subject to Return
3.1. The following categories of Goods are not subject to return:
a) Goods manufactured or cut according to the Buyer’s individual order (including conveyor belts and drive belts of non-standard sizes and profiles);
b) Goods showing signs of installation, use, or damage occurring after transfer to the Buyer;
c) Goods ordered for production purposes and actually used.
4. Procedure for Submitting a Return Request
4.1. To return or exchange Goods, the Buyer must contact the Seller using the contact details provided on the website: phone, Telegram, WhatsApp, or email.
4.2. The Buyer must specify in the request:
a) order number;
b) name of the Goods;
c) reason for return;
d) photos or other evidence confirming the condition of the Goods (if necessary).
4.3. The Buyer must return the Goods to the Seller’s acceptance point or send them via a courier or transport service.
5. Inspection of Goods
5.1. After receiving the Goods, the Seller inspects their condition within 1–3 (one to three) business days.
5.2. Based on the inspection results, the Seller decides on the possibility of return or exchange.
5.3. If the Goods do not meet the return conditions, the Seller has the right to refuse the return, notifying the Buyer.
6. Refunds
6.1. Refunds are processed within up to 5 (five) business days from the date the return decision is made.
6.2. Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
6.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment systems.
7. Return of Goods of Improper Quality
7.1. If a manufacturing defect or other production defect is detected, the Buyer must notify the Seller as soon as possible.
7.2. To confirm the defect, the Buyer must provide photo or video materials.
7.3. If the defect is confirmed, the Seller, at the Buyer’s choice:
a) replaces the Goods with an equivalent item;
b) refunds the full cost of the Goods.
7.4. The Seller bears the costs associated with returning defective Goods.
8. Special Conditions for B2B Clients
8.1. The return of Goods purchased by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs is allowed only in the case of a manufacturing defect.
8.2. Returns or exchanges of Goods of proper quality for B2B clients are not carried out unless otherwise предусмотрено (specified) in an individual agreement.
